Farm fresh goodness with a purpose
Discover the delicious difference of Servant's Heart Farm's fresh eggs, golden honey, and vibrant produce. Every purchase supports our mission to help veterans rebuild, restart, and reclaim their lives.
Our unique products
What makes our eggs, honey, and produce special is the purpose behind them. They are locally produced at Servant’s Heart Farm, where veterans participate in meaningful farm work as part of rebuilding stability, confidence, practical skills, and a sense of purpose.
Farm fresh eggs
Our eggs are collected fresh daily from happy chickens cared for by our veterans, offering a truly local and ethical choice for your table.
Local golden honey
Our honey reflects the farm’s local environment and the vital work of our bees, which also pollinate our orchard, gardens, and surrounding plants.
Seasonal produce
Grown on a smaller scale, our produce receives personal attention throughout the growing and harvesting process from our dedicated participants and staff.
Honest food, honorable mission
We promise honest, locally produced food, responsible care, and a strong connection between the farm and the community. Your purchase does more than provide fresh food; it supports veteran housing, recovery, and job training.
How to get our goodies
Customers can purchase our farm-fresh eggs and other available products directly from Servant’s Heart Farm at 1520 W County Road 60E, Fort Collins, Colorado. Farm pickup hours are generally Monday through Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Because availability changes with the season and daily production, we recommend calling or texting 970-692-4212 before coming to the farm.
At this time, farm pickup is our primary option. We do not have a regular delivery route or permanent farmers-market location, but we may offer products at special events and community fundraisers. Follow our announcements or contact the farm for current availability, suggested donation amounts, and upcoming sales.
Who we serve
Our primary customers are local families and neighbors who want fresh, locally produced food while supporting a meaningful community mission. We also hope to reach veterans and their families, churches, nonprofit partners, businesses, and people who care about helping veterans rebuild their lives.
As production grows, we would like to develop relationships with local restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and small retailers interested in purchasing fresh eggs, honey, and seasonal produce. Our ideal customer values freshness, local connections, responsible farm care, and knowing where their money goes. People are not simply buying eggs, honey, or produce from us—they are investing in supportive housing, recovery, job training, and renewed purpose for veterans.
